The V+F Lens Control is a single channel wireless (or cable mode) motor control. It can be controlled through its wireless link by any one of the Hand Controls shown in the diagram above.

The only requirements for wireless operation are:

1. The V+F mode matches that of the FI+Z Hand Unit or Focus/Iris unit. (The Radio Micro Force is always in the zoom mode).
2. The Hand Unit and the V+F Control are both set to the same radio channel.

In cable mode, the V+F unit can be controlled by the iris signal provided by a video camera (not shown) or by the Remote Iris Box.

The V+F Lens Control works with either the DM1 or DM-2 motors.
